About Kimberly & Daniel Martinez
Kimberly and Dan Martinez’s meeting was nothing short of divine intervention, orchestrated by God. Recognizing their unique needs and purpose, He brought them together at precisely the right time, as if they were made for each other. Both felt a profound calling to engage in Kingdom work, leading them to create the term “Businesstry” (a harmonious blend of business and ministry), to describe their mission.
Kim and her team brought Dan’s vision of CWS cares to life. God wrote their love story and they trust Him each and every day to use them, not only in their marriage but in their ministry and business.

Kimberly Martinez is a visionary leader and the driving force behind Christ with Spirit, an innovative organization dedicated to merging business acumen with kingdom principles to create transformative impact. With a rich background in business, Kimberly consistently demonstrates her ability to inspire, guide, and empower individuals and organizations to achieve their highest potential.
Educational and Professional Background
Kimberly’s journey began with a strong academic foundation, earning degrees in education, social work, and an MBA. She has pursued additional graduate-level studies during her PhD program in Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family. Kim is a lifelong learner and is continually enhancing her expertise. She’s been mentored by the best in the business to include the likes of Tony Robbins and other well known coaches. Over the years, Kimberly has built a number of successful companies and held various leadership roles across multiple industries, showcasing her versatility and commitment to excellence. Her extensive experience spans a variety of entrepreneurial ventures, marked by a track record of success and a deep commitment to ethical practices.
Career and Achievements
Kimberly is a Bestselling Author, Business Strategist, Consultant, and Investor. She is on a mission to empower Kingdom Entrepreneurs to reach their true potential through her bestselling book, courses, programs, and business strategies that have been time-tested across a variety of verticals. Growing up in a family business, Kimberly started her first business over 20 years ago. Her early exposure to entrepreneurship provided her with invaluable insights, enabling her to help others avoid pitfalls and shorten their learning curves to accelerate success.
As a certified business coach and seasoned entrepreneur, Kimberly has founded and led several successful businesses. Her strategic insights and innovative approaches have helped numerous scale their operations, hire top talent, skyrocket their sales, and expand their market presence.
DANIEL Martinez

Dan Martinez is a seasoned project manager with a rich background that spans various disciplines. Dan grew up in a pastor’s home. After receiving his bachelor’s degree and building a career as a successful project manager, he attended the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry, where he deepened his spiritual foundation. Dan has extensive experience in pastoral counseling, inner healing, deliverance, and coaching. His diverse skill set and dedication to personal and spiritual growth enable him to lead with empathy and effectiveness, making a significant impact in both professional and ministry contexts.

At CWS cares, Kimberly and Dan channel their passion for integrating faith and business. They envision a world where entrepreneurs and leaders can thrive while staying true to their kingdom values. CWS cares offers a wide array of services, including consulting, coaching, live events, and specialized programs like Kingdom Builders and the Kingdom Circle Mastermind. Each offering is designed to equip individuals with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to navigate the complexities of modern business while honoring their spiritual commitments.
